Process management will increase Customer satisfaction

Lean4systems Group has in its foundation the belief that only companies investing in 'quality for Customers' will be winning the market.

And we are pleased to realize for our Customers IT projects with such aims.

In February we have put into action new IT solution for a major Russian auto spareparts distributor. The solution is based on business process management platform of a major Russian vendor and will help to support procedures of quality claims processing.

Unfortunately claims sometimes happen. Lean approach requires to consider them as a mean to discover imperfections in business processes, not as an occasion to punish the guilty.

The implemented solution will help Customer to orgamize claims processing as a managed and traceable business process. The Customer will not only be able to manage the specific claim correction, but also to gether and analize statistics of quality issues, find and eliminate their reasons.

We will do our best to help most of our Customers acquire value of new solution.
