We are proud to be recognized Microsoft Customer Centric Partner 2012, according to the contest held by the Corporation.
The aim of the contest, as it was formulated by Microsoft was 'to attract attention to Customer oriented practices, successfully utilized by Partners.
Those were the criteria to draw out the winners winners:
- Customer-oriented practice effectiveness;
- Customer-oriented practice integration with company's business processes and functions;
- innovation of the program;
- scalability of approach;
We are especially proud that contest results were based on Customers' satisfaction level, not by sales/money/new licenses/etc. Our strategic goal is to be the best service supplier for our Customers, not the most comfortable Partner for Vendors.
